This policy applies to all coaching services offered by Southern Edge Coaching, including:

  • Breakthrough Sessions (Single Sessions)
  • Multi-Session Packages
  • Spiral Program

3. First Session Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first coaching session:

  • If you're not satisfied with your first session, you may request a full refund
  • The request must be made within a reasonable timeframe following the session
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time clients and their initial session
  • The guarantee is offered in good faith and is subject to review to prevent abuse

4. Subsequent Sessions and Packages

  • No refunds are provided for sessions beyond your first session
  • Multi-session packages are non-refundable once started
  • The Spiral Program, being a commitment-based journey, is non-refundable

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling any session
  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed
  • Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Payment Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In such cases:
